Porter, Bern.   Henry Miller: a chronology and bibliography.
[Berkeley] Bern Porter, 1945 Dust jacket over plain wrappers. Wrappers 
lightly darkened and rubbed,otherwise very good. One of 500 numbered 
copies. Inscribed by Miller on the front free endpaper "For Corporal 
Alexander from his friend and well wisher Henry Miller 7/45 Big Sur, Cal.'. 
Alexander was an American soldier/friend stationed in France who performed 
a number of services for Miller in wartime Paris.  $200
