(vols. 1-6) is the first edition covering the years 1755-1769. Section II (vols. 
7-11) is the second edition, revised, covering the years 1770 to 1782. Section 
III (vols. 12-16) is the first edition which continues to 1790. Vol. 7 has an 
engraved frontis. port. of Le Baron de Grimm. All vols. are uniformly bound in 
green morocco, gilt, over marbled boards, extremities of spines somewhat
