        frontispiece  portrait  of  the  author   in  the  form  of a
        four-color  reduction woodcut by Sidney Chafetz, all  printed
        on handmade  paper. Copy #12 of only 100 SIGNED by the author
        on the  colophon and by the artist on the woodcut. This  copy
        additionally  INSCRIBED  and  SIGNED by the  artist  to  Will
        Petersen on the inside of the front cover. Fine       $150.00
