We find no specific reference to the following in Ford's Bibliography of
Franklin, (although, admittedly, many such ephemeral productions are not
listed there, and the bibliography of Franklin is something that
bibliographers after Ford [1889] seemed to have cleverly sidestepped.)
OBSERVATIONS ON THE INTERNAL STATE OF AMERICA, WRITTEN BY HIS
EXCELLENCY DR. BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, PRESIDENT OF THE STATE OF
PENNSYLVANIA. [in THE TOWN AND
COUNTRY MAGAZINE , London, Sept., 1786, pp. 465-467.] Disbound, 1 plate
(of 3). $85.00
