London. 1704. Tall 12mo, pp. 726.

"In this Impression the Statutes which are Expired or Repealed are left 
out, and an exact Account taken of Statutes Revived, Continued or 
Altered by any Statute made since the beginning of the Reign of King 
William and Queen Mary, with References to such Statutes of Reviver, 
etc." / "With a more compleat and exact Table than was before."

A quick review of the extensive "Table", or Index, at the end shows 
references to gaming, gunpowder, habeas corpus, heretiques [sic], 
idiots, infections, physicians & surgeons, books and images etc. etc. 
Lovely recent rebinding in full dark green leather, with five raised 
bands to spine, embellished with gilt rules and lettering. New 
endpapers. Contents show occasional foxing and some age-toning 
throughout. Old tide mark to bottom of title page. Petite early 
copperplate signature to very top of title page. Contents otherwise 
clean and tight. A most handsome book in excellent condition.
